Bring Back Strange Web.

whatever happened to the strangeness of web and frutiger aero.. the windows systems used to be so beautiful and glossy and now we're left with boring goop and glop. i know that theres other systems that existed before the famous windows 7 fruitiger aero glossy aesthetic and energy, let us not forget the beautiful inbetween crossover stage of 2001 windows xp, the crossover medium between windows 98 and the beautiful windows 7, windows xp was the inbetween stage of dated web and starting to branch out and see that glossy aesthetic that everyone knows and loves. the old windows systems not onyly served as a landmarker of nostalgia and childhood, but ALSO they gave humanity HOPE!!! fruitger aero was all water and glossy things and futuristic metro skylines, now what are we left with? the standard "safe" corporate goop of all companies. i think corporate web design was doomed when companies started adding stock photos of random people on their website. like who IS this random woman typing on a laptop? i dont need to see her shes not even RELEVANT. when you were a child, the world seemed so bright and colorful, thats because it was, brands in the early 2000s and 2010s weren't HORRIFIED to add a pop of color to their brand or company. companies are DOOMED because everything is horribly ugly now and plain, everything on every website, the colors are either gray or meta looking blue. the internet is in this stage of horrible sadness and strange web drought.. we have to bring it back.
